Fotis Petridis has worked as a theatrical director and drama teacher in addition to his primary career as an actor. His involvement in these areas often centers on community and municipal theatre initiatives in Greece, where he has directed productions and instructed participants, particularly in youth-oriented and adult-oriented groups. He has been associated with the Theatre Group of the Municipality of Glyfada, where he has taken on directing roles for various performances and led an adolescent theatre group in Glyfada primary school that stages productions for young performers.
