DMCA & Copyright
NextCineHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and equivalent laws.
Submitting a Notice
If you believe content on NextCineHub infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to contact@next509.com with subject “DMCA Notice” and include all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list, for multiple works).
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on NextCineHub.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Email contact@next509.com with subject “DMCA Counter-Notice” and include:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed material and the location it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., a court in the district where NextCineHub is located).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances.
