Terms of Service

Plain-English summary:Be respectful, don’t break the law, don’t upload stuff you don’t own, and you’re responsible for what you post. We can suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NextCineHub (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use NextCineHub. If you’re under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

3. Your Account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. No bots, scrapers, or automated sign-ups.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You own what you post (reviews, comments, lists, images). By posting, you grant NextCineHub a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
  • Contains malware, spam, or phishing links;
  • Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation;
  • Reveals private information about others without consent.

5. Third-Party Content

Movie and TV metadata, posters, and trailers are provided by TMDBand other third parties. NextCineHub doesn’t claim ownership of that content. Streaming availability is informational and may be inaccurate.

6. AI Features

Mood discovery and Taste DNA use third-party AI models. AI output is generated, may be inaccurate or biased, and should not be relied on as professional advice. Don’t submit confidential personal information to AI features.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or rate-limit evasion;
  • Interfering with the Service or other users’ access;
  • Using the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages;
  • Attempting to access accounts or data you’re not authorized to view.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Some content (such as community reviews) may persist after deletion in anonymized form.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DON’T GUARANTEE UPTIME, ACCURACY OF MOVIE DATA, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextCineHub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
