After high school, she joined the US Air Force. She served for three years working as a medical assistant. She was discharged, honorably and with full benefits, after it was found that she was having sex with other enlisted females. Ahleli started her acting career in 2001 and was featured in more 160 titles. Ahleli is currently a nurse in Las Vegas, NV, USA.
